Exploring chargers and sending an enquiry
You can use the website to compare chargers, try finishes and ask us about an installation. Sending an enquiry, completing the home check or receiving an enquiry reference does not reserve an appointment, create an installation booking or take a payment. The enquiry form does not collect payment details.
Product photographs and finish previews help you explore the options. Screen colours can differ from physical finishes. The exact charger, configuration, availability and suitability for your vehicle and home are confirmed with your quote. Manufacturer imagery is not presented as evidence of an EV4-U installation.
Your quote and agreement
We will explain the charger specification, proposed work, complete price and applicable terms before you agree to proceed. Your property may need additional checks before the final installation scope can be confirmed. Tell us if any information you have supplied changes.
Payment arrangements, appointment availability, cancellation information and warranty responsibilities will be set out in the applicable quote and agreement. This page does not introduce a new deposit, payment deadline, cancellation charge or refund policy. Do not treat an enquiry acknowledgement as confirmation that those arrangements have been agreed.
Existing customers
You can read the existing published service terms for our installation services. For an existing booking, refer to the quote, contract and terms supplied for that agreement. If you notice a difference or need a copy, contact EV4-U so we can explain the terms that apply to your booking.

Our website privacy information explains how enquiry details and optional tracking are handled. For a question, complaint or help with an existing charger, contact us using the details above. Nothing on this page removes your statutory consumer rights.
