Which charger is right for my car?
Tell us your car’s make and model and we’ll check the connection, charging speed and any smart-tariff requirements. A faster-rated charger only helps when your car and home electricity supply support it.
Will I know the full cost before I book?
Yes. We’ll confirm your charger, the work included and the complete installed price before you agree to proceed. If your home needs extra work, we’ll explain it first.
What if I’m not sure about the electrical questions?
Choose “I’m not sure”. You don’t need electrical knowledge, and you should never remove covers or touch wiring to answer a question. We can help from photographs or arrange a closer look.
Can you install before my car arrives?
Yes, the charger can be installed and tested without the car being there. Tell us your expected delivery date so we can discuss a suitable appointment.
