A2 gives you concealed cable storage with more flexibility over reach and power. It is worth considering when the car sits further from the wall or your property has a three-phase supply.

An 8.5 m cable option can help with a longer driveway. We’ll check the path to your charging port and allow room to use and store the cable comfortably.
Match features to the configuration
Do not assume every A2 has the same tariff or solar features. Andersen specifically excludes 22 kW A2 units from its Intelligent Octopus Go charger integration.

Will A2 charge faster than A3?
A single-phase A2 has the same advertised 7 kW output. The 22 kW option needs a suitable three-phase supply and a car able to accept that AC power.
Does A2 have the A3’s lighting?
No. Choose between A3’s convenience lighting and A2’s additional cable and power configurations according to your driveway.
Can I have a wood front?
Andersen offers wooden and special finishes for A2. Confirm the available finish and its care requirements with your chosen configuration.
